RETURNS & REFUNDS

At PUP BOY, we stand behind the quality of our gear. However, due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, we maintain a strict return policy to protect all members of the pack.

IMPORTANT: HYGIENE POLICY

For health and hygiene reasons, we CANNOT accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Any item that has been opened, worn, washed, or used
  • Items with packaging removed or damaged
  • Intimate apparel including underwear, jockstraps, and body harnesses
  • Hoods, masks, and muzzles (once packaging is opened)
  • Items that show any signs of wear or use

All sales of opened or used items are FINAL.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS

Returns are accepted ONLY under these conditions:

  • Unopened Items: Product must be in original, unopened packaging with all tags attached
  • Timeframe: Within 14 days of delivery date
  • Condition: Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order confirmation required

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

We will replace or refund defective merchandise:

  • Manufacturing defects (stitching, materials, hardware failures)
  • Items damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect item received

You must contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the defect or damage. We will provide a prepaid return label for verified defective items.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Contact Us: Email us with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason
  2. Approval: Wait for return authorization and instructions
  3. Package: Ship item in original packaging with all tags attached
  4. Shipping: Customer pays return shipping (unless item is defective)
  5. Inspection: We inspect returned items upon arrival
  6. Refund: Approved refunds processed within 5-7 business days

REFUND METHOD

  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Restocking fee of 20% may apply to non-defective returns
  • Allow 5-10 business days for refund to appear in your account

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or color:

  • Return the unopened item following our return process
  • Place a new order for the desired item
  • This ensures faster processing and availability

INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED

If you received the wrong item:

  • Contact us immediately with photos
  • Do NOT open or use the item
  • We will send correct item and provide prepaid return label
  • No restocking fee for our shipping errors

⚠️ REFUSED RETURNS

Returns will be refused and not refunded if:

  • Item shows signs of wear, washing, or use
  • Packaging is damaged or missing
  • Tags have been removed
  • Return not authorized in advance
  • Returned after 14-day window
  • Item is on non-returnable list

Refused items will be returned to sender at customer's expense or donated.

LEATHER CARE

CLEANING

  • Wipe with a damp cloth to remove surface dirt
  • Use leather-specific cleaner for deeper cleaning
  • Never machine wash or soak in water
  • Avoid harsh chemicals and solvents

CONDITIONING

  • Apply leather conditioner every 3-6 months
  • Use a soft cloth to work conditioner into leather
  • Allow to dry naturally away from direct heat

STORAGE

  • Store in a cool, dry place
  • Keep away from direct sunlight
  • Use padded hangers for leather garments
  • Avoid plastic bags - use breathable garment bags

COTTON CARE

WASHING

  • Machine wash cold with similar colors
  • Turn garments inside out to preserve print
  • Use mild detergent
  • Avoid bleach unless specified

DRYING

  • Tumble dry low or hang to dry
  • Remove promptly to prevent wrinkles
  • Reshape while damp if needed

IRONING

  • Iron on medium-high heat if needed
  • Iron inside out to protect graphics
  • Use steam for stubborn wrinkles

NEOPRENE CARE

CLEANING

  • Rinse with cool fresh water after each use
  • Hand wash with mild soap when needed
  • Never use hot water - it can damage neoprene
  • Avoid harsh detergents and bleach

DRYING

  • Hang to dry in a shaded, well-ventilated area
  • Do not tumble dry or expose to direct heat
  • Avoid direct sunlight which can degrade material
  • Allow to dry completely before storage

STORAGE

  • Store flat or on wide hangers
  • Keep in cool, dry place away from sunlight
  • Avoid folding or creasing for extended periods

STAINLESS STEEL CARE

CLEANING

  • Wipe with soft, damp cloth after use
  • Use mild soap and water for deeper cleaning
  • Dry thoroughly to prevent water spots
  • Use stainless steel cleaner for polishing

MAINTENANCE

  • Remove tarnish with specialized stainless steel cleaner
  • Buff with microfiber cloth for shine
  • Avoid abrasive cleaners that can scratch
  • Check O-rings and seals regularly for wear

STORAGE

  • Store in dry place to prevent oxidation
  • Keep separate from other metals to avoid scratching

WASHING

  • Avoid contact with velcro which can snag
  • Wash with similar fabrics to prevent pilling
